By accessing underground.services or purchasing our products you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

1. Digital products

All products sold are digital goods delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped. Delivery is deemed complete when a download link or access credentials are issued to the email provided at checkout.

2. No refunds

All sales are final. See our Refund Policy for the narrow exceptions (non-delivery, duplicate charge, defective file).

4. License

Purchases grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product. You may not resell, redistribute, share, leak, sublicense or publicly post any purchased product or its contents. Violations terminate your license without refund and may result in legal action.

The “Invest in Business Ideas” page collects applications only. Submitting the form creates no obligation on either side. Any actual investment is subject to a separate written agreement.
