Refund Policy

All Sales Final

UNDERGROUND (underground.services) sells exclusively digital products: trading bots, software, PDF guides and other downloadable goods. Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final and no refunds, returns or exchanges are offered or accepted.

Why no refunds

Once a digital product has been delivered (download link issued, file accessed, or license activated), it cannot be “returned”. You receive the full product immediately at purchase.

Before you buy

• Read the full product description carefully.
• Check compatibility and requirements listed on the product page.
• Contact us with any questions before purchasing — we answer fast.

Exceptions

We will review, at our sole discretion, only the following cases:

• Non-delivery: you paid but never received the product (and it is not in your spam folder). We will re-deliver or, if re-delivery is impossible, refund.
• Duplicate purchase: you were accidentally charged twice for the same item.
• Materially defective file: the delivered file is corrupted and we cannot supply a working replacement.

To raise one of these cases, contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us first is treated as fraud. Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks are permanently banned from future purchases.
